    Objective:To extract and separate the chemical constituents from radix isatidis.Method:Radix isatidis was percolated with 95% ethanol, partitioned by solvents with different polarities and finally isolated on silica gel and macroporous resin columns. The purified compounds obtained were identified and structurally elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results:31 compounds were obtained from radix isatidis.Conclusion:There exists 12 known compounds and 19 constituents originally isolated from radix isatidis. 6 compounds are new and 3 compounds are discovered from the nature source firstly.

    Objective:Observe the effects and mechanism of qijianxiaoyingtang to EAT in murine.Method:Injection of hTg and CFA can induce EAT. Monitor the thyroid cell apoptotic ratio by TUNEL. Observe the ultrastructure pathology of mice thyroid with TEM. Results:The apoptosis of thyroid cell in the model group was inhibited (P<0.01). The rate of apoptotic cell in BQJ was higher than that of model group (P<0.01). It was high in TT group than that in model group (P<0.05). The change of thyroid ultrastructure in qijianxiaoyingtang groups can be weakened. Conclusion:Qijianxiaoyingtang can adjust autoimmune disorder in EAT, induce thyroid cell apoptosis, improve the ultramicroscopic athological changes.

    Objective:To study the effects of garlicoil on bloodgas in rats during the initial days of highaltitude. Method:Using the pattern of acute highaltitude exposure, the changes of bloodgas, hemodynamics, metabolism of oxygen free radicals and the content of nitric oxide (NO) were investigated. Results:The arterial blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2), oxygen saturation (SaO2) (P<0.05), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity (P<0.01)and NO content were higher in the garlicoil group than in the control group; The pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP), systolic aortic pressure (SAP) (P<0.01), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), the maximum rate of development of left ventricular pressure (+dp/dtmax) (P<0.01), and malondialdehyde (MDA)content in garlicoil group were lower than in the control group. Conclusion:The garlicoil can improve PaO2、SaO2 in acute altitude exposure, and this beneficial effect may be related to its favorable action on the hemodynamics, metabolism of oxygen free radicals and the content of nitric oxide (NO).

    Objective:To evaluate the hepatic and renal damage of bushenyigugao in rats and the reversibility of these damage.Method:144 rats were divided randomly into three groups. 44 rats in control group received distilled water; 50 rats in highdose group received 60.0 g•kg1 intragastric administration per day; 50 rats received 15.0 g•kg1 intragastric administration per day. After 90 day’s, 180 day’s administration and in the 30th day after 180 day’s administration, the level of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), albumin aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phophatase (ALP), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr) in the serum was detected, meanwhile liver and renal pathology was examinated by light microscopy.Results:Longterm bushenyigugao using may lead to renal damage and reversible lowgrade liver damage.Conclusion:The hepatic and renal function tests should be performed periodly with longterm highdose bushenyigugao using.

    Objective:To investigate the effect of oral felodipine on serum concentrations and its pharmacokinetics of theophylline in New Zealand rabbits. Method:The serum concentration of theophylline was determined by FPIA in rabbits having taken aminophylline or aminophylline combined with felodipine. The experiment was divided into 2 stages. The subjects only received a 4 day course of oral aminophylline (Ⅰ), aminophylline and felodipine were coadministrated for 7 day (Ⅱ). The dose of aminophylline was 30 mg•kg1 and the dose of felodipine was 1 mg•kg1 for rabbits. The two series of pharmacokinetics parameters were analysed by statistic method. Results:Compared to stage Ⅰ, t1/2β、Ke、V•C/F changed markedly at stage Ⅱ (P<0.05, P<0.01), and there was no significant variation in modification of other pharmacokinetics parameters. Conclusion:Felodipine may delay the elimination of theophylline when they are used in combination for a long time in rabbits. It is suggested that the blood concentration of theophylline must be monitored when the drug is taken with felodipine.

    Objective:To study the immunoenhancement of erweikang oral solution (EOS) on tumorbearing mice after radiotherapy.Method:The EACcancer model was made with kunming mice. The tumorbearing mice were treated with radiation (8 Gy) and EOS, and the changes in immunologic function were observed.Results:The stimulation index (SI) of Con A and LPS and the activity of NK cell declined after radiotherapy, but they were much higher in radiotherapy+medicine groups than in radiotherapy groups(P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusion:EOS can enhance the immunologic function of tumorbearing mice from destruction by radiation.

    Objective:To observe the effects of alprostadil in the treatment of acute cholangitis of severe type(ACST) in the elderly. Methods:96 patients with ACST in the elderly were randomly divided into two groups treated with alprostadil and total parenteral nutrition(TPN). Patients in the treatment group (50 cases) were given each a daily dose of 10 μg of alprostadil which was added to 10 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride by intravenous for a week. TPN was used for patients of the control group 46 cases. All patients were given the treatment of antishock, antibiotic and operation. Albumen in the blood was determined, the incidence of severe complication and mortality were recorded before and after the treatment. Results:The effects of the treatment group are superior to those of the control group. Patients with alprostadil and TPN had significant lower morbidity rate and lower risk of the severe complication than those with only TPN. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Alprostadil combined with TPN is an effective treatment for ACST in the elderly.

    Objective:To study the effect of dioctahedral smectite on neonatal jaundice. Method:143 newborn babies were divided into two groups by single blind method. The treatment group (81 cases) was given milk an hour after they were born, and were given dioctahedral smectite orally 1.0 g every 8 hours for 7 days. During the period of drug administration bilirubin was tested with shade guide once every other day until macroscopic jaundice disappeared. The control group (62 cases) were not given the drug, and bilirubin was tested once every other day.Results:In the treatment group, 13 of 81 cases (16.0%) had neonatal jaundice, and in the control group, 21 of 62 cases (33.9%) had neonatal jaundice. Comparison of the two groups showed a remarkable difference (χ2=5.22, P<0.05). In the treatment of group, the druation of jaundice was shortened, and the rate for wonoccurrence of jaundice was higher than that in the control group(χ2=5.97, P<0.05). Conclusion:Dioctahedral smectite may effectively intervene the occurlence and development of neonatal jaundice, and prevent bilirubin encephalopathy in the newborn.

    Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of yaotuitong (YTT) pill in patients with lumbag or leg pain. Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into 42 cases of control clinical trial and 58 cases of open clinical trial. In the former, 42 cases were divided into 21 cases of study group orally treated with YTT 1.2 g, tid and 21 cases of control group received yaotongning capsule. 58 cases of open clinical trial orally took YTT 1.5 g/day. The therapeutic term in both groups was 7 days and the total term was 4 weeks.Results:In randomized control clinical trial, the effective rate in both groups was 100.0%. The cure rate in open group was 8.6% and the effective rate was 97.5%. In randomized control clinical trial plus open clinical trial, the cure rate for YTT was 6.3%(5/79) and the total effective rate was 97.5%. The rate of adverse reactions in open group was 5.2%.Conclusion:YTT is effective and safe in treating various osteoarthritis, hypertrophy of lumbar verte.

    Objective:To study the effect of huangqi injection combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods:The treatment group, 68 cases, were given huangqi injection 40 mL added with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL q.d. by intravenous drip in combination with mecobalamin injection 500 μg, q.d. for 30 d. The control group, 24 cases, were given mecobalamin alone in the same dosage as for the treatment group. Observe the tendonjerk reflexes, subjective symptoms, electromyography, and FBG in the two groups. Results:Marked effective rates were 54.4% in the treatment group and 20.8% in the control group(P<0.01). Effective rates were 88.2%(treatment group) and 62.5% (control group)(P<0.05). Electromyography movementneural conductive velocity (MNCV) and sensationneural conductive velocity (SNCV) were markedly increased in the treatment group after treatment (P<0.01) and were increased in the control group (P<0.05). FBG fell slightly without meaning in statistics in the treatment group after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of huangqi injection combined with mecobalamin on DPN is better than that of mecobalamin alone.

    Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin in the treatment of bacterial infectious diseases.Methods:All the patients recruited were randomized into the trial and control groups treated with gatifloxacin and ofloxacin respectively. The regimen for gatifloxacin was 0.2 g oral bid for 7-14 d. The regimen for ofloxacin was 0.2 g oral bid for 7-14 d too. Results:The clinical cure rates in the trial and the control groups were 84.0% vs 80.0%; effective rates were 96.0% vs 88.0%; bacterial eradication rates were 100.0% vs 90.5%. The incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups were 20.0% vs 24.0%. There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Gatifloxacin is a potent antibiotic agent and can be recommended to treat bacterial infectious diseases.

    Objective:To summarize the application of parenteral nutrition (PN) for patients of severe cases in the past three years.Method:378 patients received nutritional support. all untrients were prepared into an “all in one” cocktail. Results:Eight patients died of diseases or left the hospital voluntarily during parenteral nutrition. The mortality of severe acute pancreatitis was decreased signitfcantly. All patients with gastric paralysis after digestive tract operations had been cured by TPN. All test indices of patients with malignant tumors were improved. Conclusion:The patients with severe acute pancreatitis and head injury may be suitable for staged nutritional support; the patients with gastric paralysis after digestive tract operation or malignant tumors may be treated with TPN as the first choice.

    Objective:To determine the content of vitamin B6 and its uniformity in yejin capsules. Method:Reversedphase highperformance liquid chromatography (RPHPLC) was used to determine the content of vitamin B6 in yejin capsules. The separation was performed on zorbax XDB C18 column with acetonitrile: KH2PO4 and sodium laurylsulfonate solution(22∶78) as a mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detector was 288 nm. Results:The linearity of this method was good with the average recovery of vitamin B6 being 97.85%, RSD being 2.19%. Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable and can be used in quality control of yejin capsules.

    Objective:To determine the concentration of the contents of shuerfen tablets which UV spectrum are overlapped.Method:The error backpropagation(BP) method of artifical neural networks(ANN) has been used to determine codeine phosphate and diclofenac sodium without separating them. In 400-190 nm, the absorbance at 9 wavelength was taken as character parameter of ANN,and samples value were input.Results:The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of two components in three model samples were 98.68%, 3.40% for codeine phosphate and 100.01%, 0.94% for diclofenac sodium respectively.Conclusion:The method is accurate and the network performs satisfactorily, and the method could be used as reference for determining drugs which UV spectrum are overlapped.

    Objective:To examine the influence of different qualities of water on the stability of ethacridine solution.Method:To observe the appearance changing of the ethacridine solution for which several kinds of water were used as solvent. Results:The better was the quality of water, the more stable the ethacridine solution was. Conclusion:Purified water should be replaced by water for injection when preparing 0.1% ethacridine solution, which may prolong the expiration date of the preparation.

    Objective:To study the stability of diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection mixed with potassium magnesium aspartate injection in 5% glucose injection solution. Method:Diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection was mixed with potassium magnesium aspartate injection in purified water and 5% glucose injection, the appearance, pH, UV spectrum and the content of diammonium glycyrrhizinate were investigated.Results:the mixed solution had no significant changes in the appearance, pH, UV spectrum and the content of diammonium glycyrrhizinate at 28℃ with in 6 hours. Conclusion:Diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection is compatible with potassium magnesium aspartate injection in 5% glucose injection.

    Objective:To study the stability of lomefloxacin hydrochloride glucose injection exposed to light and hot. Method:The injection was exposed to light and hot. The content of lomefloxacin was determined by UV, glucose was determined by the rotational analysis instrument, and the decompounds were analyzed by TLC. Results:When the injection was exposed to light and hot,its pH, content of lomefloxacin changed, and colour was getting dark. When it was kept at room temperature, its pH,content and colour were stable.Conclusion:The injection should be kept in a cool, dark place.
