    Objective To investigate the effects of tannic acid (TA) on alleviating hypertrophy of myocardium induced by isoproterenol (ISO) in mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into five groups: blank control group,model control group,propranolol group,TA low-dose group,and TA high-dose group.The mice model of myocardial hypertrophy was established by subcutaneous injection of ISO for 14 d.The heart mass index (HMI) in mice was calculated.Myocardial tissue hypertrophy was observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining.Enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) was applied to determine the contents of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α),interleukin 6 (IL-6) and interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β) in serum,and protein expression of NF-κB (p65) and TLR-4 in serum were detected by immunohistochemical staining method. Results HE staining showed that the myocardial tissue morphology of mice such as cell atrophy and hypertrophy,and the myocardial structure in the TA low and high dose groups tended to be normal.Compared with blank control group,the myocardial hypertrophy and HMI value of mice in model control group were significantly increased (P<0.01),and the contents of IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1β and the protein expression of NF-κB (p65) and TLR-4 in serum were significantly increased (P<0.01).Compared with model control group,HMI,contents of IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1β,and protein expression of NF-κB (p65) and TLR-4 in serum of TA low and high dose groups were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion Tannic acid has the effect of alleviating isoproterenol-induced myocardial tissue hypertrophy in mice,and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway.

    Objective To investigate the effects of interleukin-33 (IL-33) on carboxylesterases (CESs) and cell polarization state in RAW264.7 macrophages. Methods RAW264.7 cells were stimulated with different concentrations of IL-33,and the protein expression of CESs was detected by Western blotting.CCK8 assay was used to detect the activity of CESs and lipid deposition was detected by oil red O.The mRNA expressions of M1 macrophage markers induced nitric oxide synthase (iNOS),IL-1β,TNF-α,and M2 macrophage markers CD206 and IL-10 were detected to identify the polarization of macrophages. Results IL-33 significantly down-regulated the protein expression level of macrophages CES1 in a dose-dependent manner,and inhibited the metabolic activities of CES1 and CES2 (P<0.05).After the IL-33 intervention,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein in macrophages had increased (P<0.05).Moreover,the expression of CD206 in RAW264.7 mouse macrophages was significantly increased,while the expression of iNOS was not changed. Conclusion IL-33 exerted an M2-polarization effect on RAW264.7 macrophages,and significantly inhibited the expression and activity of CES1 in RAW264.7 macrophages,causing lipid deposition in macrophages.

    Objective To probe into the effects of abnormally metabolized bile acids alone or in combination with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the cell viability,polarization,and phagocytic function of mouse monocyte / macrophage line Raw264.7. Methods CCK-8 method was used to determine the effects of chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA),cholic acid (CA) and deoxycholic acid (DCA) alone or combined with LPS on Raw264.7 viability at different concentrations and times.M1 and M2 macrophages were labeled with CD86 and CD163,respectively.The effects of bile acids alone or combined with LPS on the polarization and phagocytosis of FITC-dextran of Raw264.7 were detected by flow cytometry. Results Stimulation of cells with 100 ng·mL-1 LPS for 4 h could significantly increase cell viability,promote M1 polarization,and increase phagocytosis (P<0.05).With the increase in the time and concentration of CDCA and DCA stimulation,the cell viability decreased notably (P<0.05).The phenotype and phagocytic function of macrophages stimulated by CDCA alone did not change significantly,while combined action with LPS mediated macrophage polarization to the M1 phenotype and decreased phagocytosis (P<0.05).When the cells were stimulated by 100 μmol·L-1 of CA,the cell viability increased significantly (P<0.05).CA stimulation alone did not affect polarization and phagocytosis,while the stimulation of CA combined with LPS mediated M1 polarization and enhanced phagocytosis (P<0.05). Conclusion Under the condition of individual action,DCA downregulated the phagocytic function of macrophages,while CA and CDCA had no significant effect on macrophages' polarization and phagocytic function. In the LPS induced cell model in vitro,CA,CDCA,and DCA regulate macrophage viability,polarization,and phagocytosis.

    Objective To evaluate the effects of fasting and high-fat and high calorie diet on the pharmacokinetics of fluconazole in Chinese healthy adult subjects. Methods Healthy subjects were assigned to receive a single dose of fluconazole tablets 150 mg in either fasting or high -fat and high-calorie diet condition,of which 24 were on fasting and 21 were postprandial. Blood samples were taken at different time points,and concentrations of fluconazole in plasma were determined by LC-MS/MS.Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by non-AV models with PhoenixWinNonlin7.0 software,and the main pharmacokinetic parameters of fasting and postprandial administration were statistically analyzed with SPSS19.0 sof tware Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of fluconazole in fasting state and high-fat diet and high-calorie state were as follows:Cmax were (4 052.92±723.38) and(3 373.33±439.46) ng·mL-1;t1/2 were(29.52±4.16) and (27.70±3.87) h;AUC0-t were(1.33±0.19)and(1.28±0.20)×105 ng·mL-1·h;AUC0-∞ were(1.41±0.21)and(1.35±0.22)×105 ng·mL-1·h;Median tmax (range) were 1.00[0.25,3.00] h and 3.00[1.00,6.00] h.Compared with the fasting condition,after a high-fat diet,the AUC was not significantly changed,and Cmax was decreased by 16.77% (P<0.01),and tmax was significantly delayed (P<0.01). Conclusion Food had a significant effect on the absorption rate of fluconazole,but did not affect effect on the absorption degree.

    Objective To investigate the improved effects of curcuminoids on serum polyunsaturated sphingomyelins (SM) in hyperlipidemic mice. Methods A practical and specific approach for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of polyunsaturated SMs in mice serum was established by integrating the liquid chromatography - quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF-MS/MS) with a hybrid quadrupole / linear ion trap mass analyzer (LC-QTRAP-MS/MS).The hyperlipidemic mice was induced by a high-fat diet for 4 weeks.The hyperlipidemic mice were intragastrically administered with 10 and 20 g·kg-1·d-1 (raw materials) curcuminoids extract for 4 weeks.Serum total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels were determined.Meanwhile,the serum polyunsaturated SMs from hyperlipidemic mice administered with curcuminoids extract were quantitatively determined by LC-QTRAP-MS/MS. Results The curcuminoids extract could significantly decreased the serum TC and LDL-C levels in mice with hyperlipidemia induced by high-fat feed,compared with normal mice.In addition,the relative contents of serum polyunsaturated SMs was significantly decreased in hyperlipidemic mice compared to that of normal control.Curcumin administration can significantly increase the polyunsaturated sphingomyelin components. Conclusion The findings show that the improved effects on serum polyunsaturated SMs of hyperlipidemic mice may involve in the mechanism of regulation of lipid metabolism disorder by curcuminoids,which are worthy of a further research.

    In the context of the global response to the infectious diseases of a novel coronavirus pandemic,in order to ensure the successful holding of the Beijing Winter Olympics,the International Olympic Committee,the International Paralympic Committee,and the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games have jointly published two editions of “the Epidemic Prevention Manual for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympic Games”.The manuals provide guidelines of epidemic prevention for stakeholders in the Beijing Winter Olympics.Based on the basic principles of infectious disease prevention and control,this study comprehensively analyzes the epidemic prevention strategies for the Beijing Winter Olympics.This study aims to demonstrate the guiding value of the basic principles of infectious disease prevention and control on the prevention and control of infectious diseases,as well as the scientific and practical nature of the “Epidemic Prevention Manual”.It also provides scientific references for the formulation of epidemic prevention strategies for subsequent international competitions.

    Exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (EIB) refers to exercise-induced acute airway constriction.Many studies have shown that the incidence of EIB in athletes is higher than that in the general population,and it is related to the types of sports involved.The incidence of asthma and abnormal lung function is higher in athletes engaged in summer sports such as triathlons and cycling,and winter sports,such as cross-country skiing,ice hockey,Nordic biathlon,and other sports,involved endurance,strength,and speed.For athletes,proactive measures to protect the airway and minimize the possible detrimental effects of exercise on airway function are necessary to achieve optimal performance.EIB can be prevented and treated by pharmacological and non-pharmacological means to reduce the risk of developing the diseases in athletes.The author analyzes the causes of EIB in athletes and proposes relevant prevention and treatment strategies and recommendations,in order to improve the level of awareness and management of EIB and provide health protection for the overall development of winter ice sports.

    Winter sports athletes are often exposed to cold environment and they inhale a large amount of relatively cold and dry air which will trigger airway physiology changes and efficiently induce respiratory diseases,including upper respiratory tract infection (URTI),exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (EIB),upper airway cough syndrome (UACS),and exercise-induced laryngeal obstruction (EILO).These disorders can affect health,athletic abilities,and performance of athletes.This paper summarizes the sports-related respiratory diseases under the exposure to cold environment,such as URTI,EIB,UACS,and EILO.It discusses the prevention and treatment measures based on the unique requirements of athletes' medication,to provide a reference for athletes' preparation strategies and the medical practice of medical personnel.

    Objective Based on the analysis of sports injuries of the four Olympic Winter Games,this study summarized suggestions on using commonly used drugs in the acute stage after sports injuries,to promote rational drug use of sports injuries and seek a balance between short-term effects and potential long-term harm. Methods PubMed,CNKI and Wanfang databases were searched.Based on athletes' injury situations and combined with the list of drugs included in Guidelines for The Use of Commonly Used Drugs for Athletes (2020 edition),suggestions on NSAIDs,antibiotics and local anesthetics in the acute injury period were summarized. Results The injury rates of male and female athletes were 10.7% and 11.9%,respectively.The common injury types were contusion/hematoma/bruising (29.5%),strains (16.2%),and sprains (14.6%).In the early inflammation,NSAIDs may be used,but it was recommended to discontinue the drug use as soon as possible after the remission;When using antibiotics for open fractures,it was recommended to use prophylactic antibiotics according to the fracture type.If the infection was confirmed in the later stage,the medication should be adjusted timely according to the drug susceptibility results and used as early as possible until 48 h after the wound closure.For traumatic facial fractures,prophylactic antibiotics are not recommended for non-surgical fractures,but antibiotics are recommended for the pre-operable and post-operable fractures (> 24 hours);Local anesthetics are not recommended in areas of diffuse discomfort (e.g.,quadriceps) and weight-bearing joints (e.g.,knee,ankle). Conclusion Athletes' gender and sports types have an impact on the incidence,location,and type of injury.On this basis,suggestions on commonly used drugs in injury treatment on athletes were summarized to provide a reference for the safe drug use on athletes.

    The 24th Winter Olympic Games was held in China in February,2022.At present,China has formulated the Guidelines for the Use of Commonly Used Drugs for Athletes (2020 edition),and published the Doping Catalogue (2022),to facilitate a better management on the drug use for athletes.With the development of precision medicine,pharmacogenomics has become an essential tool to guide personalized drug use and evaluate drug efficacy and the risk of severe adverse reactions.Pharmacogenomics combined with genetic information to guide clinical rational drug use is one of the emerging applications of precision medicine.In this paper,the gene loci of 14 commonly used drugs for athletes,such as antiviral drugs (ribavirin),local anesthetics (lidocaine and ropivacaine),nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (aspirin,ibuprofen,and meloxicam),cardiovascular drugs (losartan,valsartan,captopril,amlodipine,nifedipine,and atorvastatin calcium tablet),digestive system drugs (omeprazole,pantoprazole) were reviewed.The levels of the evidence for clinical application of pharmacogenomics in these 14 drugs are summarized,to provide a relatively comprehensive reference basis for personalized drug use for athletes.

    Fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) is recognized as a biomarker of airway inflammation and is widely used in the field of chronic respiratory diseases. Pulmonary and critical care medicine(PCCM) pharmaceutical service clinic is a new type of respiratory service clinic to manage patients with chronic respiratory diseases.This paper summarizes the research progress of FeNO in the treatment and management of patients with chronic respiratory diseases,especially the prediction of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) treatment response,the adjustment of treatment plan and the evaluation of disease control level,in order to provide new ideas and strategies for pharmaceutical personnel to participate in the management of respiratory airway inflammatory diseases.

    Objective Exploring the practical ability training mode of the pharmacist in cough and wheeze pharmaceutical care clinic. Methods Referring to the relevant requirements of pharmacists' practical ability in the “Expert Guidance for Cough and Wheeze Pharmacy Service Evaluation (Trial Draft)”,PBL and CBL combined with the scenario simulation teaching method were adopted.Proposed a training and teaching method that meets the practice competence requirements of Cough and Wheeze Pharmaceutical care Clinic. Results A relatively mature training model was established.The outpatient service evaluation report system and standardized hierarchical management process of adherence were developed. Conclusion Standardized inhalation technique instruction and evaluation ability were effectively trained by this model.Significantly improved the ability of pharmacists to assess and hierarchical management of patient adherence.The clinical thinking of the pharmacist were strengthened which improved the service of cough and wheeze pharmaceutical care clinic.

    Based on the CICARE communication model in the United States,combined with the particularity of the diseases of patients with Process in Cough and Wheeze Pharmaceutical Care Clinic(CWPC) and the practical experience of pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical care,a pharmacist-patient communication process in line with CWPC of our country was established,and effective communication skills were used to CICARE communication process,including six steps: polite connection,complete introduction,professional communication,careful asking,patient response and proper exit,which aimed to improve the efficiency of pharmaceutical care and the ability to prevent pharmacis-patient disputes.This communication process helps pharmacists to establish a good communication relationship with patients,provides standardized and process-based guidance for pharmacists and patients with chronic cough and wheeze,and lays a practical foundation for in-depth development of full-process and individualized pharmaceutical care.

    Objective To practice pharmacists' individualized and detailed inhalation medication education for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients. Methods A multiple disciplinary team outpatient clinic was established in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine,in which a physician and a pharmacist work together on COPD outpatients’ therapeutics and long-term management.58 patients were enrolled from Jul.1,2021 to Dec.31,2021.The peak inspiratory flow rate (PIFR) of the Ellipta device and pMDI device was measured simultaneously for each patient.The PIFR was measured once before the medication education,and more than three times after the medication education (select the best 3 PIFR results and take the average as the PIFR after the medication education). The pharmacist evaluates the patient's inhalation technique (hand-mouth coordination ability,stable inhalation time),then gives suggestions for the optimal inhalation device. Results When patients used Ellipta,the PIFR before the medication education was (73.97±30.76) L·min-1,and after medication education was (63.47±12.14) L·min-1.Medication education increased the PIFR compliance rate from 62.07% to 96.55%,When patients used the pMDI device,the PIFR was (102.72±27.42) L·min-1 before medication education,and was (52.81±18.31) L·min-1 after the medication education.The medication education increased the PIFR compliance rate from 10.34% to 68.97%. Conclusion Medication education can significantly improve the PIFR compliance rate of patients using Ellipta and pMDI inhalation devices.

    Objective To improve therapeutic effect and individual selection on inhalers by analyzing peak inspiratory flow rate (PIFR) using the In-CheckTM Dial. Methods By measuring PIFR in 3 patients with uncontrolled chronic respiratory disease,pharmacists evaluated their inhalation technology,selected suitable inhalation devices for the patients and trained them to inhale correctly. Results A total of three patients were received the assessment of inhalation technique and pharmaceutical intervention.The result of the PIFR was above 120 L·min-1 when prescribed pMDI despite repetition training for the first patient diagnosed with ACO,who received an optimal PIFR after switching to a DPI.The jet mist inhalation was the best appropriate choice for the second patient diagnosed with asthma,MG and tracheotomy because of the disturbance in respiration,which can not receive the optimal PIFR whether pMDI or DPI the patient uses.The third COPD patient with poor lung function who was observed with an optimal PIFR can not use the inhaler correctly until switching to an inhaler with a non-fishlike inspiratory mouth. Conclusion Inhalation technique assessment includes inhalation steps and PIFR measurement,and PIFR measurement not only evaluates the effect of pharmaceutical services,but also selects an appropriate inhalation device for individual patients.

    Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Zhoufei pills in the adjuvant treatment of elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 124 elderly patients with stable COPD were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,with 62 patients in each group,according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the treatment group was additionally treated with Jiawei Zhoufei pills based on the control group.After the treatment for 12 weeks,the clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) symptom score,lung function,modified British Medical Research Council respiratory questionnaire (mMRC) score,COPD self-assessment test (CAT) score,6-min walk test,and serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 levels of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.2%,which was higher than 83.9% of the control group (P<0.05).After the treatment,TCM symptom score,mMRC score,and CAT score were all decreased,while the 6-min walk test,MVV% pred,FEV1% pred,and FEV1/FVC were all increased in both the treatment group and the control group,compared with those before the treatment.The changes were more dramatic in the treatment group than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in both groups after the treatment were lower than before,which were dramatic in the treatment group compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Jiawei Zhoufei pills with conventional western medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms,lung function,and exercise tolerance in elderly patients with stable COPD;It can reduce airway inflammation and improve the treatment effect of patients with high safety.

    Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the critical microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus,and the incidence is still increasing worldwide.DN is a significant cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.At present,drugs in the clinical treatments for DN are mainly antihypertensive and hypoglycemic drugs.There are several drugs targeting the pathogenesis of DN in the clinical trial stage,but many of them have poor efficacy or adverse effects.Studies have shown that Rhein,a natural anthraquinone compound isolated and purified from Chinese medicine rhubarb,has a potential therapeutic effect on DN,and its mode of action is a complex result of multiple targets and pathways.The mechanism of action of Rhein on DN includes anti-inflammatory and antioxidant stress,and inhibits transforming growth factor activity (TGF-β1).These combined effects are the new strategy for the treatment of DN.This article reviews the latest research progresses on the effects and mechanisms of Rhein in DN,analyzes the therapeutic prospects of Rhein on DN,and provides theoretical and scientific basis for the further development of Rhein.

    Immunotherapy has brought a new horizon to the clinical treatment of cancers.In the treatment of tumor,Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has the effects of promoting the survival of patients with cancers,preventing tumor metastasis and recurrence,and improving the quality of life in cancer treatment.“Fuzheng Quxie” or “Strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors” highly summarizes the anti-tumor mechanism of TCM,and regulating immunity is the feature and advantage of TCM.In the era of cancer immunotherapy,taking full advantage of anti-tumor effects of TCM in regulating immunity is of great significance for fully inheriting and mining the essence of TCM,improving clinical efficacy and patients benefit.This article reviews recent studies on the regulation of lung cancer immunotherapy by TCM,and therefore provides a reference for the research on immunotherapy of lung cancer.

    Objective To establish an analytical method based on near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) and TQ software to analyze 6 effective components of Gastrodiae rhizome quickly. Methods The NIR spectra of Gastrodiae rhizome samples with different grade levels and origins were collected by near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.Meanwhile,the contents of gastrodin,p-hydroxybe,parishin A,B,C,and E were determined through HPLC methods.Then the quantitative prediction and quantitative model of 6 effective components were proceeded successively based on the above NIR spectra and content values using Partial Least Squares (PLS) from TQ software,and the quantitative model was verified in the end. Results The correction set correlation coefficient (R) of the quantitative prediction models of Gastrodin,p-Hydroxybe,Parishin A,B,C and E were 0.984 1,0.906 3,0.985 8,0.985 7,0.985 2,0.950 6,respectively;The corrected mean variance (RMSEC) of them were 0.042 7%,0.017 0%,0.074 9%,0.026 9%,0.008 0%,0.136%,respectively;The predicted mean variance (RMSEP) of them were 0.083 7%,0.011 6%,0.138 0%,0.069 9%,0.014 5%,0.178%,respectively. Conclusion The quantitative correction model of 6 index components of Gastrodiaelata was established.The model was stable and reliable,and it can be used for the prediction of unknown samples.

    Objective In this study,fenofibrate (FNB) loaded mesoporous silicon material SBA-3 was prepared to improve its dissolution rate and bioavailability in vivo. Methods The carrier SBA-3 was prepared,and FNB was loaded into the mesoporous pores of SBA-3 to form the drug loading system of FNB-SBA-3 by the adsorption method.The microstructure of SBA-3 was investigated by TEM.The status of FNB in the SBA-3 channel was detected by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The toxicity of SBA-3 was evaluated in Caco-2 cells.The dissolution rates of FNB and FNB-SBA-3 were compared in vitro.The best prescription of FNB-SBA-3 self-made tablets was determined by screening the types of fillers,binders,and disintegrators through the univariate screening.The drug metabolism of commercial tablets and self-made tablets in rabbits were compared. Results SBA-3 had ordered and uniform mesoporous channels observed by TEM.The drug loading of FNB in SBA-3 was 43.03% by the adsorption method.The DSC results of showed no chemical reaction between FNB and SBA-3,and FNB was present in SBA-3 channels in an amorphous state.In the cytotoxicity experiment,under the maximum SBA-3 concentration at 500 μg·mL-1,the survival rate of Caco-2 cells was still 90.66%.The dissolution experiments in vitro showed that SBA-3 could significantly improve the dissolution rate of FNB to 93.3%.The prescription using 80 mg lactose as a filler,3 mg HPMC as an adhesive and 30 mg CMS-Na as a disintegrant were optimal for preparing FNB-SBA-3 self-made tablets.The pharmacokinetic parameters in vivo showed that FNB-SBA-3 self-made tablets could significantly improve the oral bioavailability of FNB to 181.83% compared with commercial tablets. Conclusion SBA-3 can significantly improve the dissolution rate and oral bioavailability of FNB.Therefore,SBA-3 as a carrier for insoluble drugs has excellent potential in the oral drug delivery system.

    Objective To investigate the correlation between UMPS gene polymorphism and the efficacy and adverse reactions of fluorouracil-based chemotherapy for colorectal cancer in the Chinese population. Methods A total of 70 patients with pathologically proven colorectal cancer who received fluorouracil-based chemotherapy were examined by the Sanger sequencing to detect the genotype of UMPS.The efficacy was evaluated by using solid tumor chemotherapy evaluation criteria (RECIST 1.1),and statistical analysis was performed using SAS 9.2 software. Results The SNP distribution of rs1801019 locus in the UMPS gene was not significantly correlated with gender,age,surgery,TNM stage,primary lesion site,metastasis,histopathological classification,tumor markers CEA and CA19-9 (P>0.05).The incidence of myeloid suppression in wild type and mutant patients was 62.23% and 80.00%,respectively.The incidence of myeloid suppression in patients with wild type was lower than in patients with mutant type,but there was no significant difference.The disease progression rate,the objective response rate,and the disease control rate were 24.44%,22.22% and 75.55%,respectively for the 45 patients with wild type.The disease progression rate,objective response rate and disease control rate were 30.00%,30.00%,and 70.00%,respectively,for the 20 patients with mutant genotype.The disease control rate of wild-type patients at the rs1801019 locus of UMPS gene was higher than that of mutant patients,while the rate of disease progression was lower than that of mutant patients,but the difference were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference between the rs1801019 polymorphism of the UMPS gene and the incidence of fluorouracil toxicity in the Chinese population.

    Objective To investigate the cost-effect of olaparib in maintenance therapy in patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent serious ovarian cancer. Methods The Markov model was established according to the disease development process based on a published randomized clinical controlled trial. The disease development process of patients with ovarian cancer was divided into non-progressive free survival state,disease progress state,and death state.Cost-effect analysis was performed between the olaparib group and placebo group,and the uncertainty of the results was evaluated with a single factor sensitivity analysis and probability sensitivity analysis. Results According to the analysis results from the Markov model,the ICER value in olaparib versus placebo was 70 076.70 yuan/quality-adjusted life year (QALY),which was lower than the willingness-to-pay (WTP) thresholds(217341.00 yuan/QALY)in China,and it has a cost-effect advantage.The one-way sensitivity analysis showed that the cost of olaparib were the most influential parameters in the model. Conclusion Olaparib maintenance therapy in patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent serious ovarian cancer had the cost-effect advantage over placebo regimens after Medicare reimbursement of 75%.

    Objective To explore the current situation,hotspots,and research trends on pharmaceutical service in the past five years in China,based on bibliometrics and visual analysis. Methods CNKI,Wanfang, VIP,and China Biology Medicine databases were used to search and collect the related research on pharmaceutical service from 2016 to 2021.CiteSpace software was used to complete visual analysis for mapping authors,institutions and keywords. Results A total of 9270 related works of literatures were included,and the analysis result shows that the focus of research on pharmaceutical services has been developing steadily in recent years.Ge Weihong was the author who published the most researches,while the institution was Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital affiliated to the School of Medicine of Nanjing. The hotspot key words were the rational use of medicine,adverse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) pharmaceutical services,compliance,diabetes,anti-infective treatment,quality control circle,hypertension,quality of pharmaceutical service,safety,medication consultation,community pharmaceutical care,COVID-19,et al.The predicted development trends was pharmacy outpatient clinics,medication therapy management,multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment,internet plus pharmacy services,compensation mechanisms,and pharmaceutical care in regional medical alliance. Conclusion Through the application of CiteSpace,the domestic pharmaceutical service literature in the past five years is visually analyzed and the current situation and research trends is intuitively represented,which has certain reference value and significance for the pharmaceutical service research.

    Objective To investigate the occurrence and characteristics of adverse reactions caused by the interaction of colchicine and clarithromycin,and to provide a reference for clinical safe medication. Methods The case reports on adverse reactions caused by the interaction between colchicine and clarithromycin in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang databases and PubMed,Medline,Elsevier databases were searched,and literature analysis was conducted. Results A total of 20 cases of adverse reactions caused by the interaction of colchicine and clarithromycin were retrieved,including 11 males and 9 females,mostly older than 50 years old (13 cases,65%).The occurrence time of adverse reactions is mainly within 14 days after the combined use of drugs.The main clinical manifestations are abdominal pain,diarrhea,vomiting,myalgia and muscle weakness.After an active treatment,16 patients improved and 4 died. Conclusion The combined use of colchicine and clarithromycin may cause life-threatening adverse reactions.Therefore,clinicians need to understand this clinically significant interaction and avoid the combined use.

    Objective To analyze the characteristics and clinical manifestations of adverse drug reaction (ADR) caused by docetaxel,so as to provide a reference for the clinical safe and effective use of docetaxel. Methods The adverse reaction reports of docetaxel reported by Sichuan Cancer Hospital from 2012 to 2018 were collected,and the retrospective analysis method and correlation rule method based on the Apriori algorithm were carried out for data mining research.Statistical analysis on the primary condition of the patient,the original disease,the combination of drugs,the time of ADR,the organ or system involved,the severity of ADR and the outcome were performed.And the correlation rule method was also used to analyze the correlation situation of ADR. Results The non-use of other chemotherapeutics has a strong correlation with the severity of the ADR reports;the occurrence time of ADR of 2-10 days is strongly associated with hematologic damage in the ADR category. Conclusion The ADRs of different individuals who use docetaxel were pretty different.Medical staff should pay attention to ADR monitoring and reporting,and they should summarize the causes and rules of ADRs,targeting to avoid ADRs to ensure the safety of patients' medication.

    Biomedicine industry,as a key field that gains national cultivation and development,has been included in the national strategic emerging industry cluster development projects in China.Industrial cluster is an important carrier to promote the innovation and development of biomedical industry,which is of great significance to the realization of healthy China strategy.Based on the perspective of industrial cluster,this paper comprehensively analyzes the role of industrial cluster in the innovation and development of biomedical industry.And combined with the development status and deficiencies of biomedical industry clusters in China,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the improvement of innovation capacity,in order to provide reference to strengthen the international competitiveness of China's biomedical industry in science & technology and economy.

    Objective To improve the prescription review of benzodiazepine receptor agonists (BzRAs). Methods Based on the outpatient prescription review system,the review rules for the existing eight BzRAs in a tertiary A-Level hospital were optimized by pharmacists in terms of drug indications,usage,dosage,combined medication,course of treatment,and other terms,in June 2020.The differences in erroneous prescribing of these drugs were compared before and after the optimization within three months,and the effects of pharmaceutical care were also evaluated. Results The number of prescriptions and medical orders of BzRAs in the outpatient department of the hospital increased from 9240 cases and 10 870 orders from March to May to 9876 cases and 11 773 orders in July to September 2020,with increased rates of 6.88% and 8.31%,respectively.The unqualified rates of BzRAs prescriptions in the hospital decreased from 3.49% to 0.63% after the rule adjustment.Among them,the unqualified rates of medication for indications,usage and dosage,combined medication,and course of treatment decreased from 1.38%,0.78%,0.38%,0.94% to 0.56%,0.07%,0.00% and 0.00%,respectively.About 81.97% of medication risks were avoided cumulatively. Conclusion Pharmacists can significantly improve the prescription quality and reduce the medication risk by a fine adjusting the prescription rules for BzRAs.

    Objective To compare process failure mode and impact analysis methods regarding the risk priority number and action priority,and to apply the method to improve the clinical trial drug management. Methods Three levels are constructed under “Clinical Trial Drug Management” with 24 failure modes by using process failure mode and impact analysis,questionnaire investigation,cronbach's α coefficient and grubbs test analyze.The actual effects of risk priority number and action priority were compared.The results were divided into high,medium and low risks by using risk priority number,and improvement measures were proposed for high and medium risks. Results The results showed that risk priority number ranges from 24.661 to 54.302,and level of action priority is L.Risk priority number is more reasonable than action priority.High risk failures were mainly concentrated in the “Personnel” item,and improvement measures include setting up a full-time pharmacist and adjusting the time of drug collection.Medium risk failures are mainly concentrated in "Environment" and "Drug" items,and improvement measures include setting up strict temperature control procedures and drug color label management. Conclusion Risk priority number is more suitable than action priority for clinical trial drug management. Process failure mode and impact analysis should be continuously analyzed and updated to improve the drug management process and ensure the standardization of clinical trials.
